A.You will have a choice of fitting centres in your local area so you can organise your tyre fitting appointment for a time that suits you. Your tyres will be fitted quickly, efficiently and professionally by our fitting partners who are qualified to City and Guilds standards. Payment will be taken by the fitter on the day of your appointment.
Q.Will fitting cost me any extra?
A. There are no hidden extras when your tyres are fitted with us. Our price includes your new tyres, valves, balancing and disposal of your old tyres.
Q. Can I change my fitting time?
A. If your fitting time is no longer suitable for you, simply email us at customerservices@asdatyresblog.colewood-automotive.co.uk and we will inform the fitter. Please include your order details, preferred fitting date and a contact telephone number in your email.
Q. Should I call the garage ahead of my fitting?
A. No, you don’t need to contact the garage, we take care of everything for you. We will send you a confirmation text or email and your tyres will be directly sent to the fitter.

A. You will need your reference number which you will find on your confirmation email.

A. No, there is nothing for you to sign.

A. You will receive an invoice and payment receipt.

A. Disposal of your old tyres is included in the price. We will dispose responsibly through government approved disposal companies.
Q. Can my tyres be fitted at home?
A. Unfortunately, we only send the tyres direct to your chosen fitting station. If you need to re-arrange your appointment for whatever reason you can simply do this by getting in touch with us at customerservices@asdatyresblog.colewood-automotive.co.uk.
Q. How long will fitting take?
A. This will vary based on number of tyres, size and type. We say that 30 minutes is a rough guide to a single fitting. Although, the technician will give you a more accurate timescale when you arrive at the fitting station.
