235/40 R18 tyres are a popular choice for the Ford Focus and Mondeo, along with the Volkswagen Scirocco

This size combines a 235mm tread width, a low-profile 40% sidewall, and fits 18-inch wheels, delivering responsive steering and cornering stability.
