245/40 R19 Tyres

245/40 R19 tyres are a wide, low-profile option commonly fitted to high-performance saloons, coupes, and some vans carrying heavier loads. This includes the BMW 5 Series, Audi A5 and Jaguar F-Type. With a 245mm width, 40% aspect ratio, and 19-inch rim diameter, this size delivers enhanced road contact, improved cornering grip, and confident handling – all while maintaining a comfortable ride for longer journeys.

At Asda Tyres, we stock a wide selection of 245/40 R19 tyres from leading brands including Goodyear, with options for premium, mid-range, and budget needs. Most tyres in this size are high-performance summer variants, offering excellent braking on wet roads and strong stability at higher speeds. They're ideal for drivers who want responsive steering, precise power transmission, and a refined driving feel.

A standout option in this category is the Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 5 – a premium tyre engineered for dry and wet grip, balanced handling, and smooth performance, even when fitted to vehicles carrying additional weight.
